Cheryl Gray is the CEO of Blush Gris Wine, a family winemaking journey that began with backyard blackberries in 1996 and grew into a passion-driven brand. A member of the Patuxent River (MD) chapter, she carries forward a family tradition of craft and flavor.
It all started in 1996 with blackberries fermenting for wine for visiting family members. Fast forward to 2011, Ramon Gray has retired and now ready to continue trying his hand at making wine. What started out as a hobby turned quickly into passion. For over 10 years, family and friends have often encouraged us to start a wine business to share the joy and passion of Blush Gris Wine to the world. Our children were our first customers with helping us to expand our palettes to numerous wines and the joys of making them. After hosting many wine tastings events for our friends & family members, the encouragement of “You need to market this” continued. In 2022, we are happy to announce that what was once a hobby has now turned into Blush Gris Wine! We specialize in “specialty wines”. Organic with great health benefits, using my Pharmacotherapy certification and background.
