Shiree Monterio

Shiree Monterio is the CEO and Founder of 7 and M Development, LLC, a boutique developer and consulting firm building and preserving high-quality mixed-income and mixed-use communities in urban, suburban, and rural areas. A member of the Reston (VA) chapter, she leads a minority- and woman-owned business with offices in Washington, DC and Virginia that has been making housing affordable to a range of incomes since 2017. Her work treats affordability not as a constraint on design but as a design challenge worth taking seriously.
