Stephenie Smith

Stephenie Smith is the Managing Partner of Sophic Solutions, a Kansas City-based change management and consulting firm that helps organizations navigate change through an equity lens. A member of the Jackson County (MO) chapter, she leads a team with more than 40 years of combined experience serving large and small businesses, nonprofits, schools, and school districts. With backing from the National Association of Social Workers and National Association of Black Social Workers, her work pairs operational rigor with the cultural fluency change requires to actually stick.
