Renada W. Deschamp, MPA, CDE® is the Founder and Principal Strategist of FD Paige Consultants, LLC, a Baton Rouge-based future-of-work and culture transformation consultancy. With more than 16 years of executive human resources and organizational leadership experience, she helps executives, boards, and organizations strengthen culture, leadership, trust, and workforce performance.

A former Chief Diversity Officer and Senior Vice President of Health Equity and Inclusion, Renada specializes in organizational culture, leadership development, neuroinclusive workplace practices, psychological safety, responsible AI integration, and risk mitigation.
